Today began with the food distribution that I’m involved in. Things went well there. I did have to make some adjustments on the road because some roads were closed off as the city got ready for the big parade., but nothing major. Then I got home and worked on my devotional. Some days, it just takes a lot longer for the words to flow. Today was one of them. It came out to about 400 sweat drenched words. Then, I began working on my writing challenge. I got 420 words written, and they were tough to write. After that, I wrote the blog post on the current controversy in the writing world, especially in the Romance genre. It’s amazing how much things have blown up even since my post. If one thing I heard was true – that the author in question used a font made by someone else to create her signature, stylized logo, and that the creator of said font says specifically that you can’t use his font to create a trademark, then even the credit I gave her has been spent. Stay tuned.
